Everything with the move was going exceedingly well until it came time to deliver my furniture. I was driving from the Bay area to L.A. the same day of delivery and I was approx 1-hour behind the delivery. The co-owner (Joe) called me on the phone while I was driving and proceeded to SCREAM and YELL at me for not being at the delivery location. I told him to calm down several times to no avail. Eventually, I told him I'd have to hang up or pull over to talk which would delay my arrival. The SCREAMING continued so I hung up, I didn't want to get a ticket. He called back again but refused to let me speak so I hung up again but not before he threatened to put my items in the nearest storage area if I or a roommate didn't open the door. I didn't buy this for a second, he legally could not do that. Not surprisingly the calls and the yelling continued until I just stopped answering the phone. The time off the phone did good because I called him 15 minutes before I arrived and he FINALLY calmed down. Cons: Horrible customer service
