I experienced AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I mean truly above and beyond just customer service. More like..... treating me like a good friend. I will also have to add that the car was spotless, spick and span, not to mention shiny. On one occasion after they had picked me up and driven me to their location to pick up a rental, my plans changed just as I arrived and it turned out that I did not in fact need to rent a car. Not only did they not show any frustration or make me fill guilty in any way for taking up their time despite they were not going to gain any business from me that day they also took me back home. (I will also add that my home was a bit outside of their usual pick-up zone but they went ahead and did it for me.) I would recommend this place to everyone.
