I am new to the city and was not looking forward to finding a new stylist. I stumbled upon this salon on a Sunday and was surprised they were open because most salons are closed on Sundays. The receptionist was very kind. I was given to Nikki, a new stylist to the salon. She was extremely warm and personable. I felt like I had known her my whole life. She made me feel so comfortable. We chatted about my hair and what I was looking to do before she went any further. Throughout the entire appointment, people complimented what Nikki was doing. The atmosphere was upbeat and fun. Nobody was snooty or rude. I really felt like they were doing their best to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Nikki made my experience fabulous. I LOVED the outcome. My color looked very natural. The cut was perfect. Nikki was a joy to spend two hours with. Jeffrey Stein Salon was a great experience. I recommend booking Nikki in advance!
