The fresh diet is amazing! The food is delicious and fresh, not bland and frozen like other diet delivery companies. I have been a member for over a year and a half and cannot express how this company has changed my life. I lost 10 pounds in three weeks. I have tried many other diet delivery services and none of them worked for me. I also have a very hectic life and not having to worry about cooking and calorie counting saves me so much time! I highly recommend the fresh diet!
