Len is a great guy, he knows hair! We talked for a time on what my ideas were as well as his recommendations. Nothing is rushed, and Lens does every part of your new hair creation. With my lovely glass of wine we began this adventure together. On the conversation front, Len is fun and we talked until our lips fell off. The SF salon is great and friendly. Parking was the only hard part of my day there. My new head of hear is soft, playful and SO simple to do daily. I love that part; it does not take a master hair person to recreate the wonderful look Len gave me. I went to an event the following day and got compliments from people I did not even know! Love that! Thank you Len!
