I don't write reviews very often, but this place was so horrible that I had to let people know. Came out to "fix" an appliance months ago. Tried to do a quick fix (literally a 5 minute job) and charged me about $125. Several months later, the problem recurred. Told me they were ordering the part but fired the guy who came out. Long story short - they never ordered it and had to come out again months later. Told me it would take less than a week. A month went by - no phone call. I had to call them, at which point they said, "Oh yeah, we had the part." Gee, thanks for calling. Then they scheduled a time to do the job. No call, no show. They scheduled a second time. No call, no show. After yelling at them for not showing up TWICE, they finally came and did the job on the third scheduled appointment. Inexcusable. Never again will I use this service, and I highly recommend you do the same.
