I discussed with the owner, Bobby, the prospect of doing a remodel to my home. He really played up the good ol boy, aw shucks angle and I fell for it. His estimate was the lowest but we went with him anyway. After we hired him, he turned very aggressive and did not listen to my wife or me. His subs were rough looking to say the least. One of the people left an oil spot on our driveway the size of a manhole. In retrospect, I think they specialize in budget bathroom remodels and our project was probably above their expertise level.
