I was looking for a second opinion after my vet did not have the equipment necessary to conclusively diagnosis our 13 year old cat. Our neighbors suggested Dr. Bob but came with a warning about him being at times abrupt. I think people tend to confuse being concise and professional with abruptness because my wife and I found him to be nothing but informative and professional. We had to put our cat down that day and he was overly patient and took the time to explain her condition, allow us to make the decision on what to do and to say our good-bys. It was a very difficult time for us and there is nothing negative I can say about Dr. Bob. I can say that the girl who took my appointment was somewhat unfriendly but I'm not there to make friends and I don't care about that non-sense, I care about getting quality treatment for my cat and I feel he did a great job. I would use Dr. Bob again.
