Businiess name:  Eye On The Ball Vision Clinic

Review content:
My son received a notice from school stating that his vision needed to be check, so not familar with Zachary doctor's I searched and found this clinic. When entering the office it had an odor but the receptionist who came late stated that water was seeking threw he roof and maybe got trapped. After waiting for about 15 mins, my son went in to see the Doctor, the exam took only 10 mins and he was told that he was nearsighted and needed glasses, immdiately Dr. Tate brought us to the children's glasses. My son tried on several, when I asked the price I was giving a whopping 160 then for another pair 135. After insurance discount and lens, my total was 170. It was friday evening after 5pm, so the receptionist stated the glasses will be ordered Monday and should arrive no later than Thursday this week. Over the weekend I started researching and find other offices in Baton Rouge deals for 2 pairs of glasses for 69,99. I was sick, so first thing MOnday morning, I called to cancel the order and tell her I would pick up a prescription. She asked why I told her then stated she would speak with the Doctor and call me back, I never 'received a call back, I called at lunch time when there closed and left message still noting, then I called at 4pm and the receptionist stated they were ordered, I told her that's impossible and why would she order them after I said don;t and she told me that she would order on Monday morning. Needless to say she denied it and I can hear Dr. Tate in the background yelling and saying stuff. I told her that I want a invoice showing that she orderd the glasses on friday after 530 pm is when my son and I left, she said ok. Then I called today and now she stated she can't give me the manufactor of the glasses are the invoice. ANd plus the glasses are still not in which is clear that she ordered them yesterday. This is now a headache and I'm taking legal action today on them. It's really sad that you try to keep buisness with the small buisness owner but can't trust them. Now driving to BATON ROUGE does not seem like an bad idea. WELL WORTH the money I must say. I'm so upset with this buisness, that I only paid 170. for glasses but it's worth paying an attorney to get a crook out of buisness. I work to hard to give money away.BEWARE!!!!! I can show proof of my departure and everything, I also recorded the conversation that changed twice, even after I told them that I was recording. Pros: null Cons: null
