I have been a resident of Zachary for almost 2 years. I have lived in many parts of the world. I have also had several types of insurance. Out of all the vision doctors and clinics I have been a patient of, EYE ON THE BALL has been the best one so far. They are kind, friendly, gracious, and provide excellent service. I have never had a problem with their service; they have always done what they said they would do. In fact, they have gone above and beyond what I would have expected them to do for my family. They have seen all 5 of us and have even made same day appointments according to our family's availability. I don't believe for a moment that this other customer actually had these issues with the clinic. I have been present when other customers were being waited on. Everyone appeared to be satisfied and happy. I have learned as a customer, that we aren't always right. I would being willing to say, that Deanna2010 was not honest in her business dealings and has fabricated this incident.
