Review content:
Had a very bad experience with a company that installed new Flex Duct in our home. The new duct work was not sealed properly and fiberglass and other contaminates entered our home causing our family to get sick. The contamination was so bad we had to move out of our home. I called Servpro of Longwood, Fl. and their representative Dave promptly returned my call and visited with me the next day. Dave was very knowledgeable in how to clean up the severe contamination of our home. Every question was professionally answered including cost and timeframe to get the job done. The staff was professional and well trained and the job was completed on time. The containment chambers they erected that prevented cross-contamination of the rooms previously cleaned worked perfectly. This was a special cleanup situation. I was very thankful that Dave and Serpro of Longwood, Fl. went out of their way to make doubly sure the job would be completed beyond my expectations. Would absolutely recommend this company.
