I had a new roof installed 4 years ago. They had to come out 3x (over the 1st 2 years) to fix leaks because of faulty workmanship on the install. Some interior damage they completely ingnored. TODAY, 4 years later, I had a plumbing contractor out because I thought I had a faulty water heater causing a leak that showed up on the kitchen ceiling. NOPE, the contractor said that your water heater is fine, but I can see DAYLIGHT through the roof vent above - IT TOO WAS NEVER sealed by ACADEMY ROOFING! Avoid them like the plague.
