Review content:
In the past year, I've spent over 100k in local hardware stores. BERG is the worst. Their staff is the rudest collective group of men in this area. One younger staff member is very couteous, the rest act as if they're doing you a favor to sell something. This morning, I pulled on a locked door to see one of their charming old workers shaking his head at me in disgust. I asked if I did something wrong; he basically picked a fight with me. When I told him "Hey no worries, I'll go somewhere else" he called me a baby. Does this sound to anyone like proper business practice? acceptable ettiquite? This guy (maybe the manager/owner) has been a jerk everytime I (and my employees) have been there. I know everyone in this business locally and will be adament about them boycotting BERG.
