I honestly do not understand why anyone had such a horrible experience. I read a few of the reviews and some are just straight up lies. The elevators do not break everyday. There are three elevators. If one of them needs maintenance, a person can just take one of the other two. I have NEVER had to take the stairs because of a fire alarm. The staff is amazing. As soon as I mentioned that I did not like the couches they ordered BRAND NEW couches for me. As soon as I mentioned that the window frame was letting in a bit of air, they ordered a BRAND NEW window frame for me. The location is amazing! It is minutes away from everything. I can literally wake up ten minutes before class starts and still make it to class on time. The price is actually the same, if not cheaper, than many of the houses that are much further from central campus. I have had an amazing experience with U Towers.
