a few weeks ago i moved to an upper east side condo, all windows, kind of like a fish bowl.i had to get blinds, and fast! i called every company , and the only company that truly assuaged my dilemma was horizon window treatments. they walked me through the whole process, from picking blinds that fit my style and budget, to delivering the blinds of my choice within 2 short weeks. i am very impressed with the work they have done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to anyone that needs beautiful, quality blinds and fast!
