I got poor cust service at this library and said more about it but as I did so on a "library computer" it would not "publish it" the employees need to communicate with each other. one told me one thing and after I went biy instructions of one employee the other has been very rude as he did not know the instructions I got from the other. he basically started to stalk me about instructions another employee went by because I went by them. I finally talked to my director who said she would handle... it but not too heartfelt. I have had several other things I have had to handle since I moved to Bloomington IN ....I am a health care worker ...I had to report a case a girl illegally took from a company to make sure they got better care. I got poor car repair...in which the police had to call the "Mechanics" and I got hit by a car and had to get a lawyer as the student lied about it (not from my better area of NORTH INDIANA). I was raised by a father who very democratically worked 12 hours a day ad a mother with a successful career who retired at 82. Do not consider me a part of your shoddy unresponsible community with the things I have had to handle in ever approaching ME when YOU do not have the communication with each other as employees to provide customer service to the public after the thigs I have seen of Bloomington in general and I dont even consider myself a part of the community and also no longer do health care as it is also so inferior to other areas... I use my secretarial degree. Ive had enough shoddy things to handle myself besides the problems of any Bloomingtons library with not having the ability to communicate with each other..the attempt to "peg" the public ...Bloomington is a town so inferior in so many things Ihave had several thing Ihave had to deal with myself that where I am from one would never have to. .
