I have done business with them over the last several years and have found everyone in the store to be helpful and polite. I have had watches serviced there, jewelry cleaned, and custom rings made. Each time I enter the store, I am greeted and welcomed by name (the advantage of doing a regular business with them). The estimates for repair have been right on and the prices for custom work have been both fair and upfront - no surprises on the back end. I highly recommend this establishment and the people that work there.
