These guys are a complete ripoff! The charged us 635 bucks to change a control board on my new furnace. A very simple repair I later found out. The control board can be bought for $75.00 online. They took advantage of our anxiety from being without heat and major snowstorm that occurred the night before. We were without heat in our new home and quite worried and desperate. The technician Dave showed up the first time for ten minutes and charged 150. Then came back five hours later installed the board which took a half an hour another 175 charged. I was under the impression they were being honest but later found out from our new HVAC guy they completely ripped us off. I still have the invoice. Look elsewhere for your service needs. 325 for labor and 310 for the board completely ridiculous.
