I couldn't be happier with the services I received for my cat at this clinic. I brought her in at 9pm because she wasn't eating, and it turned out she had a big abscess on her leg from a bite wound! Where can you get an appointment at 9 at night? And there wasn't even an emergency charge!! There were a couple emergencies there already, but the doctor was able to get me in and take a look at my little girl. I knew she was busy, but she didn't make me feel rushed and gave Gizmo her full attention. Because of all the other emergencies, she offered to keep Gizmo overnight (without charging me) and get her all fixed up and ready to go in the morning. They gave her pain medicine right away to make her more comfortable until they could drain the abscess. Last year I sat in the waiting room of an emergency room for 4 hours before someone looked at my broken arm, and I didn't get any pain medicine while I waited!!! Knowing that they are open 24/7 is very comforting. Wish they could take care of me!
