the people here are really nice but even though i dropped my info off way before my appointment and they already had all my info in file(i am a past customer) my taxes took over an hour. then, i was told that they would automatically send them out on the 17th. on the 24th i got an email saying it was sent out. my refund went from being here on the 25th of january to between the 6th and 10 of febuary. this irritated me because my daughters b-day is the 4th and of course i was hoping for the extra cash to be here.
