I had initially wanted a one time service because we were having a problem with ants in our guest bathroom. I found Ace Pest through a friend who recommended them. I initially signed up for the year service which is guaranteed. I decided that I didn't want pesticides to be sprayed-even outside because of my child and changed my service before they came out. When I called to change my service to a one time treatment I was given attitude. It was like I had hurt their feelings. I am sorry, but I am the customer and if I want a one time service, that's my decision. I was then told the one time service was NOT guaranteed. I foolishly decided to have them come out anyways. Well, two weeks later and my problem of Ants is back in full force. I appreciate that they tried to offer me their yearly service again, but I am going to cut my losses and treat on my own at this point. If you are only going to go with a one time treatment, I would at least make sure you get a company that will guarantee bugs will stay at bay for more than two weeks. Rated 2 stars because their yearly deal seems good, just make sure not to change your mind!
