I recently moved to Charlotte and really needed my living room set cleaned badly. I have three cats that have terrorized my furniture from peeing to vomitting. I couldn't even stand to sit on my sofa anymore. I tossed around the idea of throwing my furniture out but it was very expensive and I loved it. I found CCC online and decided to give them a shot. I couldn't believe they are open 24/7 and asked me when I would like them to come out. I set up my appointment with a very friendly and helpful lady over the phone for 4:00pm on Saturday. I was sitting home that day waiting for them to arrive when I got a call at 3:30 saying they were running ahead of schedule and wanted to know if it was ok to come by....I was pleasantly surprised. They came by and were extremely professional and courteous. They cleaned my furniture and carpet amazingly well. My sofa looked and smelled brand new again!! When it was time to pay the bill I couldn't believe the price! They were extremely inexpensive....I truly was amazed. I highly recommend their service. Too bad more businesses didn't run like CCC. Thanks!!!
