My grandson brought his Honda to Entwistle's a few months ago and not only did they not do the job right the first time, his watch and registration were missing from his console when he got it back. The auto was also inspected, they were the last one's to touch his registration. The watch was less than a week old, he went back and complained only to get the run around and given a gift certificate for the garage in place of the watch. Of course the owner stated the no one working for him would steal...Yeah right.
