Review content:
Being new to the city, I chose O'neal Lane Pet Hospital because someone suggested it. I took two shih-tzus for grooming and wrote a note for the groomer explaining how I wanted them groomed. After getting them home, I noticed that she missed numerous spots on both dogs. Called to complain and the vet, Mike Stacy got on the line and told me about some imaginary skin problem one of the dogs had, and proceeded to say that he had the best groomer in the city! However, he conveniently missed a growth the size of grape on the other dog's face! (I couldn't see it until she was groomed.) He was contrite, condescending, abrasive and downright rude. Several days later I told a co-worker about what happened and without telling her who I was talking about, she named him, Dr. Mike Stacy. I will never do business with him again. And I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to waste their money!! If you care about your pet's well being, don't take them here!
