Review content:
Doug was very helpful and gave me a lot of time to explain my situation. I was very insecure of the situation that I got myself into financially, but Doug and the office staff helped me to feel at ease and less tense. Once I was relaxed I was able to calmly review the options open to me and ask meaningful questions. I appreciate that Doug was patient with me and was willing to answer all of my questions. I did not feel rushed for time and I greatly appreciate that.
