They told me they would be at my house for service from 3-5pm. I called at 5:30 and they told me they would be here by 6pm. NO SHOW!! I called them and they just said, "we're happy to re-schedule". ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! Customer service, YEEAAAAH RIGHT! I could have picked my kids up from school and not pay for after school care! Annnoying! NO CONSIDERATION FOR CUSTOMER'S TIME AND MONEY!
