Review content:
Last year my wife & I moved to just around the corner from Murphy Road, so we were excited to take our puppy there. After several bad experiences, we have wised-up and gotten out of there. The way they charge is so absurd, we will be telling all our friends and family to absolutely not go there. A couple of the bad experiences: our puppy was having some stomach issues; MR did several tests on him but couldn?t come up with anything definitive that was wrong with him, so they put him on sensitive stomach food. The bill that day was over $300, which seemed ridiculous but we were worried about our puppy so we saw past it. When the problem continued, we wanted to take him back for a follow-up & they had the audacity to want to charge us another $65 just to see a doctor about it! So after a $300 visit in which they couldn?t figure out the problem, they were going to charge another $65 simply to look at him again! We said no way & took him somewhere else.
Pros: Some of the vets are friendly
Cons: Price, value, no asking before doing tests, wait time
