I found the magnet for these guys on the fridge from the previous owners of my house. The coil on my garage was broken and I couldn't lift the door if my life depended on it. Garrett called ahead to inform me he was running a little later than the appointment time, which was much appreciated. Once he arrive, he got down to business, checking out what needed to be repaired, explaining which parts needed to be replaced and how much they would cost. He wasn't pushy, seemed to be honest about how long the current parts would last - so I had him fix everything he mentioned and he was done within the hour! I hope not to have to call them again (as he mentioned it should be good for 5-10 years now), but would recommend them to anyone looking!
