I would highly recommend NOT purchasing a car from this dealer. They were not honest and were not at all trying to make you the best deal. I worked on a deal for over 3 hours, walked away and then had the sales person call me back to say we had made a deal based upon specific criteria I had set forth. They had me come back in the following day to wait again for an hour for the financial manager to show up to then make a different deal and were not honest enough to honor the deal made originally. They low-balled my trade, initally offering over $3000 less than the quoted Kelly Blue Book trade-in value for a car of lesser caliber than mine. Buyer beware. They also made me feel like my business was not worthwhile, when in fact I was treated MUCH nicer and given a great deal 1 1/2 years earlier up the street at Gary Force Acura, who I would HIHGLY recommend.
Pros: They sell Hondas, which are good cars.
Cons: The sales manager, Gregory Stone, is not honest. The sales and finance teams are deceptive and not trying to keep business or run an honest business.
