Review content:
Where do I start? The first mistake I made was signing up for a home warranty with Total Protect Home Warranty through my mortgage company. One of the most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with! My oven was giving me some error messages. Called Total Protect. Had to call West Coach Chief Repair myself and pay them a $75 deductible. Had to wait while they ordered the part. They installed it, and then a week later, the SAME ERROR codes appeared. They did NOT honor their 90 days parts and 30 days labor guarantee and wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $75 for another part. So they MISDIAGNOSE the problem in the first place and then wanted to charge me twice to have it fixed. I said okay, call me back when the new part arrived. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. I'm sure they figured out that they would not be reimpbursed by the Home Warranty company so they're comfortable with screwing their customer. NEVER AGAIN! Pros: I only lost $75 to them Cons: Dishonest, Misdiagnosed problem, Terrible Customer Service
