I made the mistake of going here for my son's first dental appointment. He is almost 2 years old and they had us wait for 45 minutes and the waiting room was empty. He was crying and I said I would have to reschedule, then they took us in. Also there was only one toy in the waiting room, and this is a pediatric dentist? When they took us back the hygienist said "he will cry and you will just have to hold him down." Great way to make an impression for a first visit, huh? They were very rude and I will gladly pay more and go anywhere else!
