My friend and I came here for dinnner one sunday night and was very disappointed and insulted...We were seated at a 2 tops booth right near the entrance of the restaurant and were ignored by every servers who walked by for at least 25minutes...i can understand if they were busy but the entire restaurant has about 5 or 6 tables while we were there. Surprisingly a group of four got seated right next to us at this point and got service right away with bread and water while we are not even greeted nor water was brought to us. After the waitress have taken the orders of that same table decided to come over and greeted us and even brought bread but we did not have the appetites to eat anymore so we ask if we needed to pay for the bread and without any hesitation she replied "NO, not really" so we left. I feel as if she was expecting for us to leave anytime soon without dinners and we did...on the way out i felt insulted so i ask the hostess if I can speak with a manager and yes this "smart mouthy" southern caucasion girl decided to raise her voice at me telling me that her manager is busy and that if I had a problem with this place then to leave a name and number and the manager's will get back to me! At this point I decided to forget the whole thing because of the unprofessional ways this establishment is being run. But oh no, there's more from that same mouthy hostess, as I try to walk away and just forget about this evening she decided to follow me and shout to my friend and I, "why did you even bother to complain if you don't want to wait or leave a call back information!" I really can't believe that there can be such embarassment for a young lady like her to be servicing in this industry with that filthy mouth. Clearly i feel that the person in charge of this restaurant should know how rude their staff are and I've been working in this industry for 15 years and have never seen such bahavior!
Pros: good steaks at a reasonable price
Cons: poor service, lots of attitudes!
