I purchased the opener at Home Depot, I assume their contract installer was "Broten" who then called me and made an appointement for a day with a 2 hour window. The technician came at the front time of the window (thank you,) he was polite, well organized, clean in apperanace, and very skilled and proficiant is his job skills. I would not hesitate to recommend Broten Garage Door Sales for their professionalism, and to Home Depot for their using able contractors.
