My husband and i used thrills from the grill to cater our wedding and we just couldnt be happier!Belo Shelton is a fantastic buisness owner and such a great person.The same for his wife/partner Margret, any question or concern i had was answered quickly. It really put my mind at ease i was a little of a bridezilla there towards the end,Is it gonna be enough food?Will it be hot enough?Fast enough?Etc..Etc..Anyway Belo ashured me everything would be fine.And everything went off without a hicup as well as me and my hubby got to eat before everyone else.Belo set up a little table for two in the back and we got to watch there skilled staff preparing,plating and serving the food from our(Chefs Table)It ran like a well oiled machine, everyone smiling and seeming to enjoy ther work and each other.We were both so hungry and the food was divine.We were informed most bride and grooms never get to see the food let alone eat it and were sure were glad we did.Beef so tender it melted away in your mouth as well as perfect potatoes and fresh veggies cooked to order.Im certainly glad we chose thrills from the grill and i look forward to using them again in the future.For a "un" well known bbq caterer they sure can swich gears and do some great baquet style catering.
Pros: Friendly,quick,professional,just a pleasure to use!
Cons: none that i can think of.
