I've been taking lessons here for years, and I've enjoyed it immensely. The self-discipline, goal-setting skills, positive attitude, dedication, and other values I've learned at Action have helped me in all areas of my life, especially with school. If you're on the fence, at least try it out! The people there are friendly, and there are classes for 3 year-olds through adults. As a higher level belt, I can attest to the reviews that say we're helpful and encouraging. You'll learn self defense and life skills, enjoy great workouts and have opportunities to compete-- a winning combination!
