Review content:
Recently I called to see if they had a product, and she said they did not. I didn't know exactly what the product was. It was recommended to me for a symptom. I told her this, and she just said she'd never heard of it, didn't know what it was. She made no offer to assist me finding out what it was or even saying "sorry, I'm not sure what that is. Sorry I couldn't help. Try [this store] or [that store] or online." She clearly wanted to get off the phone. My wife switched to Fred Meyer's pharmacy because it was easier, having better hours, and the people in this Walgreens pharmacy are nearly ALWAYS rude/short with us, almost slammed my hand in their little transaction box (in their drivethrough), and they never have a smile on their faces. I know "never" is a big word to use, but you just have to try them to see. How does a company survive with such service? I know Shiree is always nice, and the young people (or others) that work the cash registers are kind, but I think this store director needs to listen to this review and consider that they're loosing customers and we'd rather go to Fred Meyer down the street. Sorry this review sucks, but.. the attitudes their need to be addressed.
