THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PRICES. I CALLED TO THEM TO HAVE MY CONTROL UNIT CHANGE.I WAS QUOTE 150.00 PLUS NO MORE THAN 20.00 TO SHIP BACK THE OLD PARTS. MY BILL CAME UP TO 287.00 INSTEAD. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A RUDE STORE MANAGER WHO HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. LEFT AMESSAGES FOR THE OWNER AND THE SAME PERSON THAT QOUTE ME ABOUT FIVE TIMES AND OF COURSE IS HE NEVER IN OR RETURN MY CALLS. AFTER FOUR DAYS LATER HE CALLED. HE TOLD ME THAT THERE WERE MORE PROBLEM THAN THE CONTROL UNIT. I TOLD HIM WHY DIDN'T SOMEONE CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW IF I WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE THE WORK SINCE THE PRICE WILL BE DIFFERENT. HIS ANSWER WAS THEY HAVE NO TIME FOR THAT.
Pros: THEY COME OUT FAST
Cons: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHARGE MORE THAN WHAT WAS QUOTE.
