I thought I would try a different florist simply because it was located closer to where I needed the arrangement delivered and I needed an early morning delivery time. When I ordered online, under the special instructions option, I requested that the arrangement be delivered as early as possible in the morning. On the delivery date I phoned to confirm the arrangement had been delivered and I was told that it would arrive after 12:30. Either the online special instructions option is ignored or they couldn't actually make this happen or they just didn't care. Regardless of which situation may have happened, a call to me to let me know that this wasn't possible would have been appreciated. I am very disappointed and will probably not use this florist again.
