Review content:
The men who came to do the job were courteous and hard working. However, when there was an unexpected situation involving Doug, the owner's, lack of communication with his workers, and with us, he became rude, loud, unprofessional, insulting, belligerent, and told me that certain things about window installation were "obvious", and therefore he didn't need to have previously mentioned them. He misjudged what type of window would have to be put in, and as a result we are left with quite of bit of interior and exterior painting both on first and second floors. Just in time for the holidays. We will never hire this company again for anything. Very disappointing.
