Review content:
The first time I was here was under very unfortunate circumstances, a few years ago my brother and I were hit from the side by a truck at an intersection not far from the Shattuck facility. We asked for the nearest place to tow the car and someone told us that this place was just a few blocks down. We called and they were most helpful. Got the car towed and hitched a ride from a friend. My brother and I emphasized to Shattuck that our car was our only method of transportation apart from the public system. They were very sympathetic to our needs and hurried the repair process along. It was fortunate for us that we had friends in Berkeley to let us stay until we could get the car fixed. These guys were great and they will always have my respect for the help that they gave me when I needed it most.
