Review content:
This place is a total rip off! They tried to get me to get so much work done, when it was unnecessary. Our problem seemed simple: water was no longer draining from AC. Seems like a clog, right? No, these bozos tell me that it is an inherent defect in my drip pan and draining system, all of which would cost $1100 to replace. Then, they say what I really need to do is to replace the entire system for $4500 - an 8 year old system!!!! Are you crazy? On top of that, they tried to convince me that it was in my best interest to get the service plan they offer, since it wouldn't really cost more that way. Well, they must have thought I just fell off the turnip truck. I called for a second opinion from a different company, and - lo and behold - they found it to be a simple clog.....works great now (and I saved over $900). Avoid these guys....

Cons: They tried to claim we needed a lot more work than we did
