I personally went to the Days Inn, Niles, OH, to make arrangements for my son's room for his 21st birthday celebration. I explained it would be him and 3 other guests aged 21 or older, and they would need a room separated from other guests as they would be playing music and video games. That promise was not kept, and as a result, a neighboring room complained. Rather than give my son a different room, the manager kicked him and his friends out of the hotel at 11:30 pm. The manager was disrespectful and unreasonable, and did not honor the promise made to me. Unless you plan on simply going to sleep there, I suggest you find some other place to stay.
Pros: Good location, close to shopping and entertainment
Cons: Not good management
