I have tried many times to get ahold of an operator and each time I have, the Yellow Cab number gives me a message saying that the call cannot go through. When I do hail a yellow cab taxi I've have several experiences where I have been charged double the amount that I should have just because the driver forgets to start the time when I get in. So a fare that should be $8.00 ends up being $16.00 all because the cabbie forgets to start the meter. My fare is then estimated which I will not put up with. I will never use this company again. They continue to make mistakes and charge their customers for it. This is a extremely bad business plan and I will not support it!
