Review content:
Great worship service. Nice selection of older gospel and newer Christian Contemporary. The name is misleading, although it is named "Knoxville Christian Center" it is a Pentacostal of the Asseblies of God association. The service is basically a hand-picked selection of verses from the bible put together to portray the subject the pastor is speaking about. The pastor tends to go off on tangents frequently. Very politically charged (Republican) sermon which was surprising to find in a Not Profit, but later research showed they do not hold Not Profit status. Very nice hospitality room after service for leaders of church to meet visitors, great idea. Childrens ministry was not utilized. Would have been better if more preaching and less political accusations. Its important to pray for our country's leaders, of ALL political beliefs, what are you teaching by singling out "Liberals" and making accusations rather than praying for our society as a whole? Would recommend to Republicans only.
Pros: Great worship service, worship leader is outstanding.
Cons: VERY politically charged during sermon, very dry, at times boastful.
