I called and asked specifically to get my teeth cleaned. I was told it would be a promotional special that would include x-rays and a regular teeth cleaning for $50. I said I didn't need the x-rays but she said it was the law and that they had to do them. So, I got the x-rays and then they told me that they refused to clean my teeth for $50 because I would need a deep cleaning and that it would cost $800. So basically, I spent $50 on x-rays that I didn't want and never got my teeth cleaned. I feel like they were not truthful on the phone. I wonder how many other people actually get their teeth cleaned for the quoted price?
