I needed to go to the jewlelers for 2 reasons. A repair on an ankle bracelet and a possible return of a wedding gift of my son's. The salesperson told me that the bracelet could be fixed immediately if I could wait 10 minutes, and it was, at a reasonable price. The gift, which was received by my son who lives out of town and took several months to get to me, was taken back with no questions asked, and I was given a store credit for the full purchase price. I immediately used it to buy my new daughter-in-law a holiday gift (an ankle bracelet she's always wanted) and had a large selection to choose from in a wide range of prices. I would recommend Hertz jewelers to anyone loking for a great selection, good prices, and very helpful sales staff.
