From start to finish, I was kept in the loop and treated as if I was not just a customer but a friend. Introduce by the owner, The guys informed me of the whole process, when the adjusters came, what the adjusters saw, when my car would start being fixed, when my car was almost finished, and when to pick up my car. Nothing less than a world class experience! Not to mention, they washed, polished, and vacuumed my car to like-new status!
