Because of how nice the new management is. The old management promised me new carpet because mine was in bad shape. And I was so happy because I have two little girls and was worried it would get moldy. But after trying my hardest to get them to install it, I gave up because they never would. But a friend of mine told me to ask the new management because they are nice and very professional...
Well, I got my new carpet! And I cried the other day when my youngest said, ""Mommy, no more bad stuff on the floor"". Thanks Korman Residential!!
