If your looking for a mixed martial arts gym with more than one discipline, this is your gym. They have all sorts of different MMA classes going on all week. I have taken their boxing classes and they were pretty intense. Their Muay Thai classes will teach you the fundamentals of kickboxing but with elbows and and knees. This is the most infamous fighting gym we have in San Diego. The kids martial arts classes are always packed for a reason due to this.
