I hired Ironwood Custom Builders to do a remodel project for my current home. Their communication was extremely good and the cost breakdown was far superior to that of other companies that bid on my project.
Kelly held weekly meetings to keep me updated and informed about the schedule in terms of what time they would be doing the work, what would get done and what was completed. From the very first projection, he held closely to the schedule that we established.
A year earlier, I had built a vacation home, so my expectations were lower after going through that experience! Everything with Ironwood turned out well. I was very impressed with the way that Kelly ran the remodel.
Kelly would even clean up personally, pick up a broom or scrub, if things were not clean when the subs left.
I highly recommend Ironwood Custom Builders and definitely plan to use them for future projects and remodels.
